Ordering from audiva
An order at audiva starts on the product page and is paid when the parcel reaches you.
On the product page
Type your name and mobile number into the form and press the order button. You do not need an account or a card.
The call
An advisor rings you, usually the same day, and goes over the product, the quantity, the total price and the address with you. If anything is wrong, say so and nothing is sent.
Delivery
The parcel comes to your door and you pay the courier in cash. The price on the product page already covers delivery.
Common questions
Can I order for someone else?
Yes. Leave your own name and number, and give that person's address during the call.
Can I use a number from another country?
Yes, pick its code in the list. The parcel itself is only delivered in the country of the catalogue.
