An order needs two pieces of information: your name and your mobile number.
What they are used for
The confirmation call and the delivery. They are stored encrypted and passed only to the distributor who ships the product.
What we never do with them
We do not sell them and we send you no advertising.
Measuring the pages
audiva counts page visits only as a total. Microsoft Clarity also notes which pages are opened, what gets clicked and how far down each one is scrolled, and we use that to improve the pages.
Clarity may use measurement cookies of its own. Anything typed into the fields for name and mobile is masked and does not reach Clarity. This measurement data is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Having them deleted
Write to hola@audiva.shop with the mobile number of the order and we delete your data, apart from what the law obliges us to keep.
